3.2 Payment Schedule
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, payment for goods and services must be made in full at the time of order. For bespoke orders, the following payment schedule applies:

An initial payment of 50% of the total order amount is required upfront.

A subsequent payment of 25% is due upon approval of the final sample or technical drawings.

The remaining 25% must be paid prior to the shipment of the order.
3.3 Late Payments
Invoices not paid by the due date will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for overdue accounts.
